What we offer
- Once we get you on board we’ll assign you a team of “Dedicated Account Managers” to work on your project and he/she will have direct coordination with the Designers and Developers of your project and vision.
- We’ll get you on the platform “GChat” so you may have an update on every step of the progress of your website, as we believe in real time updates, so there’s clear visibility on both ends.
- Moreover, once you get on board with us our “Account Manager” will show you 2-3 different mockups on how your website will look and you may pick and choose which mock-up is the most suitable consisting of different templates, designs, headers, footers, navigation bar etc. Please note if you like the mockup you may approve it and if you dislike it you can reject it, till we get it your way.
- Once you approve the mockup, we’ll get it on a test link and let you review it as if you’re visiting a normal website, so you may get a look and feel of your personalized website, if you like it then we’ll move forward towards website development.
- We’ll ask you to send us the products/services (if you’re looking to sell products or advertise your services) so our design team may get an idea and come up with a creative concept for your website.
- Once you approve the final layout of your website then our Quality Assurance Team will conduct an audit of your website and do testing. Afterwards, we’ll get the website deployed and give you or your partners a “Tutorial Training” on the front end of the website, so you may learn how to add and remove items/products on your website yourself.
- “TAT” (Turn Around Time) for the website completion is going to be 3 to 5 business weeks, after that your website will go “Live” and by “Live” we mean Visitors/Customers will be able to access the website effectively immediately.
- Once your website project is completed we’ll hand over the website to you and give you 100% ownership rights, so you’re the sole proprietorship owner of the website.
- There’s NO contracts or a minimum term agreement with this package.
- Lastly there’s NO HIDDEN CHARGES monthly or annually apart from the charges highlighted in your package.
Disclaimers
Website Design: We will make every effort to ensure that the design of the website and any other work done by us is error free; however, Zavros will not accept any responsibility for losses incurred because of malfunction of the website or any part of it. Zavros will be the rightful owner of the web server, website, graphics, content, and any programming code until the Client pays all outstanding accounts in full. Once delivered the Logo, website and other collateral is the sole property of the client, Zavros retains no rights to it. 100% Intellectual Property rights will be transferred along with the final deliverables, at the time of completion.
We reserve the right to charge the Client accordingly for any correction to these additions or for further additions.
Zavros will not be responsible for any loss of earnings, compensation or costs incurred due to any work carried out by the Client, on behalf of the Client, or by any third-party agents appointed by the Client.
Zavros is not liable for loss of earnings, compensation or costs incurred because of the unavailability of the website, servers, software or other material provided by Client.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
➢ All terms and conditions of this Agreement and any confidential information must be kept confidential, unless the disclosure is required pursuant to process of law.
➢ Disclosing or using this information for any purpose beyond the scope of this Agreement, or beyond the exceptions set forth above, is expressly forbidden without the prior consent of the Parties.
➢ The Parties agree that the confidentiality clause in this Agreement will remain active and in power even upon the termination of this Agreement.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:
The services of Zavros are provided on an “AS AVAILABLE” and “AS IS” basis.
Zavros, to the extent permitted by the law, is not responsible for any direct, indirect consequential damage or loss (including but not limited to loss of business, data, opportunity and/ or profit) caused due to the use of our services or any delays caused because of Client.
Zavros does not guarantee that the website’s functionality will be error free or uninterrupted, that defects will be rectified and/or that the website or server making it available are free of any virus or anything that can be destructive or harmful.
