What's the setup fee for?
The setup fee covers the design, development, and launch of your store. We build everything from scratch — design, product setup, payment integration, domain, and SEO. It's a one-time cost to get you live.
What does the monthly fee include?
Ongoing management: software updates, security patches, technical support, performance monitoring, and depending on your plan, monthly strategy reports and marketing support.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. We apply a credit for the difference in setup fees if you're upgrading within 6 months of launch.
What platform do you build on?
We work with Shopify, WooCommerce, or fully custom Next.js stores depending on your needs. We recommend the best fit for your business during onboarding.
How does billing work?
You pay the setup fee upfront when you get started. The monthly fee is billed automatically on the same date each month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do I own my store?
Yes — 100%. You own all the code, content, and domain. If you ever decide to manage it yourself or switch providers, we'll help you transition smoothly.
